"Life is a journey, not a destination."
Ralph Waldo Emerson
To find a way.
There is always a way to solve our puzzles, answer our questions.
Where do you want to go?
How do you want to live?
What do you want more of?
What do you want less of?
Together we evolve up the scale.
Through innovation, science, creativity, habits, practices, exploration, discovery, asking questions and trying on new shoes.
When your life or home feels stuck, not quite right, heavy, out of sink with your spirit...we play!
We un-stick, simplify, discover, uncover, reboot, , shift things around, ask questions, try new paths.
We evolve. Tell new stories and create beautiful habits.
There is always a way, even if you can't see it today...it's there and it's a delightful journey
What do I do when I'm not coaching..
In the wee morning you will find me in my cozy morning quiet pocket. Doing yoga, writing, being still or getting my spirit flowing. When I was about 5 years old, my mom taught me to have quiet time. It stuck. I start most mornings this way. Quiet, Centered, Connected- it's essential.
If you pop by my home, you might find me creating or experimenting on some odd, healthy and impromptu food dish. Sometimes my experiments are spectacular...sometimes...not so much. A lot of the time my creations look like brown/green globs 😎
At some point you will find me outside, walking, running ... rain or shine...unless an inspired book calls my name..one that comes with a cup of hot chocolate, one of my globs and my grandma's quilt.
Most days I learn something. When my dad passed this spring. I made a heart commitment to carry on his love of exploring, learning and creation. Getting to answers by expanding the question and field of study. I share my dad's passion of solving puzzles- unsolvable puzzles. It was one of the things I loved most about my dad. He always knew there was an answer out there.. he just had to find it.
Family & friends, both furry and two legged are always welcome in my life and our home. Which I share with my hubby, Dallas. We've been married of almost 32 years. Smokey, our round kitty also lives here as does and random dogs and puppies we keep company until their humans return.
Professionally I'm a life and home coach. And the facilitator for our Puget Sound's Asthma Coalition. Personally. In reality: I'm an explorer.

Prior to my becoming a life coach, my husband and I ran a restoration stone and tile company. That's when and where I became knowledgeable and passionate about residue free cleaning and healthy homes. I've had so much cleaning training, research and experience...I don't even know where to start.
Here's a partial list of partners I've presented with: The cities of Federal Way, Auburn. The American Lung Association, Master Builder's Association, Asthma Coalition/Pierce County, Multipurpose cancer support groups and conference, Muckleshoot, Federal Way Naturopath Clinic, Kitchen & Bath Association, Designs NW.
For 5 years I helped facilitate a cancer and healthy living retreat 3 times/year- amazing!!! Did I mention I love my work?
31 years of .... Coaching, teaching, uncluttering, cleaning, restoring, researching, speaking, writing, mulling things over and letting them compost. What I have now is a body of work that's black gold, rich soil, an abundant garden ready to harvest and share.
My official company name is Blue Sky Services. On my blog I go by Creating Space because that's what I do. Create space for life.
