Life is hard enough, cleaning should be easy

Cleaning is a life chore.  What is a life chore?  Great question.  A life chore is a chore that you will need to do daily if not weekly your entire life.  That can sound pretty ominous if you don't like your chore.

Imagine two lives... One life is filled ease.  Simple tasks creating a nourishing life.  Tasks done effortlessly, enriching your life. Tasks that create happy spaces and healthy places. The other life is full of dread and frustration.  Feeling depleted, worn out and weighed down by life.

Choice is the key word here.  Thankfully we have a choice.  Chores are closely tied to our habits.  They are repeated over and over again. They run on autopilot.  If you have a life chore... cleaning, shopping, cooking, paying bills, even exercising that is not working for you change your habits, upgrade your skills and shift your attitude.

I've enjoyed 27 plus years of writing, experiencing, coaching, teaching, learning and pondering, this rich field has become a deep source of wisdom and inspiration.  Dive into anything deep and long enough and you will find your answers.

I've seen chores and home care cause illness, damage, stress, pain, and anxiety and depression.  I've also seen these same life chores create healthy, happy and nourishing spaces for families to thrive.  I choose the later and I bring my arsenal of experience and enthusiasm to help you do the same.

My passion and goals are always the same to bring ease and lightness to your life.  To help your life run easier so you can do what you were created to do...live authentically as only you can do.

If you are ready to shift your life chores let's get going.  We all have one life to live, getting bogged down in a chore is depleting of your spirit.

Question:  Think of all your daily and weekly chores and tasks.  Which ones give you energy and which ones take it away?
